A guide to living at our communities
Where
do I put my trash?
Place
the trash outside your door, Monday through Friday by 8:30
am. It will be picked up and disposed of for you.
Where
do my guests park?
There
are ample parking spaces throughout the community, please
do not use a handicapped parking space unless you have the
proper decal on your car.
Am
I allowed to have overnight guests?
Certainly,
if there is adequate sleeping space in your suite. Guests
may not use vacant suites or the living room for sleeping.
Also it is important that your housemates do not object to
an overnight visitor.
Are
my guests allowed to use the pool and fitness center?
Your
guests are welcome as long as you are in attendance with
them. We do ask that if you have more than 3 guests,
please notify the office. If residents are using the
facilities, we cannot exceed the safe number of occupants.
In that case, guests would be asked to wait until space is
available.
What
kinds of things are allowed in the pool area?
Please
read the pool rules posted at the pool. Also, we ask that
no one use a poll “raft” type float or bring any glass
or breakable plastic items into the pool area. Remember to
shower off any lotions or creams before getting into the
pool. If entering the clubhouse from the pool area, be
sure to wear shoes and a wrap.
Can
I use the clubhouse for a party or function?
Yes,
during the regular office hours with advance request and
permission from the property manager.
Is
it okay to put patio chairs or plants on the breezeway?
You
should consider the community as your home and you are
welcome to put a small table with or without chairs in the
breezeway. They must be white plastic, in good repair and
cannot obstruct the stairway.
What
do I do in the event of a dispute with housemates?
You
have the right to enjoy your new home and if a conflict
should arise that cannot be settled by the housemates,
please contact your property manager. Your complaint will
be handled in the strictest of confidence and the issue
resolved in a diplomatic way.
What
if I need change for the washer/ dryer?
We usually have quarters in the office, please call to
make sure or let the property manager know in advance so
that we can arrange to have them for you.
How
do I collect my referral gift?
A
friend or person you refer must tell us on their 1st
visit (or you can call and announce them) that you were
the reason they decided to visit one of our communities. When that
person leases, you are eligible for a $100 referral gift.
When your friend moves in, we will forward the gift to
you.
